Jet-A-Mark DOD•5100
The Jet-A-Mark® DOD•5100 is our most flexible, large character printer using Matthews’ valve-jet technology to form printed characters and graphics. A choice of two printheads, 16 and 32 valve, are available for coding up to five lines of text in character sizes from 3/16" to 5" (5-128 mm). Creating high-resolution text and graphics are easy with up to 32 dots per inch. The DOD•5100 is rugged, reliable and suitable for applications that have vibration, dust and other production line challenges. The printhead design allows the printing of text at variable character heights with greater tilt angles. With its built-in network, up to 64 units can be linked and controlled from one keyboard or from a PC, PLC or mainframe. With inks for both porous and non-porous substrates, the DOD•5100 provides high quality, reliable printing on many materials including plastics, metals, packaging, wood, building materials and galvanized steel. |
