The 360 Series Label Applicator is the most versatile, high performance industrial duty labeler on the market today. The 360 Series Label Applicator has understandably become the benchmark of labelers in its class. The 360 labeler is a rugged and reliable label applicator loaded with features that are optional on most competitive machines. The 360 can be configured with a Tamp, Blow-on, or Merge application module. Application modules are interchangeable and can be switched out at any time. The 360 core unit and all application modules are available in left and right hand configuration. Application needs change? No problem, the 360 can be converted easily from right hand to left hand configuration or vice versa with no change parts. Application modules can also be purchased separately for your future needs.

One 32-bit processor supervises the application program while a separate digital signal processor (DSP) supervises the motion loop resulting in faster response times and unparalleled application accuracy. From the Auto-Teach function to the most demanding manual application set-ups, the 360"s operator interface provides easy to follow, self prompting instructions for line operators through engineering staff with minimal training. Dedicated soft keys allow quick access to the most frequently used set-up parameters and variables, eliminating down time from searching through complicated menus. Detailed alarm messages take operators right to the problem. There is simply no label applicator on the market this advanced.
